Q. I am an EALTA member but don't have a password, how can I get one?

Q. I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
A. Please follow the link on the login page entitled 'Forgotten your password or don't have one yet?'. You will be asked to enter your registered email address. Your login details will then be emailed to that address.

Q. My password does not work, what should I do?
A. Your password will contain numbers as well as letters, please check that you are not typing letters that are actually numbers. For example the letter L could actually be a number 1. If you still experience problems then please use the forgotten password link to request a new password.

Q. I requested a password but never received it, how do I get one?
A. If your login details do not arrive please check your junk mail folders for messages since some e-mail providers will flag all messages from automated systems as spam. If this is not the case please try requesting a password again. If this second attempt is unsuccessful please email ealta.adm@gmail.com with details of the problem.

Q. I don't have access to the email address which I registered with anymore. How can I change it and get my password?
A. Please email ealta.adm@gmail.com giving the details which you gave when you registered including your full name, address, and the email address you had at the time. EALTA will register your new email address so you can obtain a password.

Q. I can't remember which email address I registered when I joined EALTA.
A. Your registered email address should be the one that you receive EALTA administrative emails on. It will be the one you supplied when you joined EALTA unless you have since notified us of a change. If you cannot remember or do not have access to this email address please email ealta.adm@gmail.com giving the details which you gave when you registered including your full name, address, and email address. Please do not write to us until you think you have tried all the email addresses which you may have registered on joining EALTA.

Q. I am an Expert Member, how do I log in?
A. Expert members should use the normal Member login. Please log in using the email address that you registered with when you became an EALTA member. There is no special login screen for Expert members. The system will know if you are an Expert.

A. Institutional members should use the Institutional Member login. Please log in using the email address that you gave as your EALTA administrative contact. This is the address at which you receive Institutional Member administrative notices from EALTA.
